I responded to the survey that Sunoco invites you to complete after a purchase is made. In the survey I mentioned a few items like the receipt at the pump did not print, they were out of a few items in the store, etc. Not really a big deal. But, the owner of this location calls me about 10 days later saying he received this feedback from Sunoco corporate. Instead of trying to make the matter right with me, he immediately questions me, mentions that he has been in business for 27 and never received any negative feedback, and then asks if I was really at his location!! He then decides to argue with me. Absolutely disturbing experience. If you care about customer service and supporting the "right people" in business, avoid this location completely!
World's slowest pumps... Painfully slow. Store is ok inside but the pumps are absolutely awful.
Best gas station/mini mart around! This place is no secret to anyone who has ever gone there, especially the regulars. Clean, fast, friendly, good food and drink selections and always well stocked and some of the best gas prices, bar none. Run by people who know the definition of good business.
This Sunoco is great. I've never had an issue here, I'm a regular customer for both gas and food. They have a WAY bigger selection then any other sunnoco I've ever been. I honestly choose them over wawa. Never a long line, always 2 cahiers on duty during the day. Super friendly people. The older lady that works there is the sweetest lady I've ever met.
Love this place I've been going for over 10 years now. lower gas prices after 9 p.m. at night.... convenience store is neat clean always fully staffed with friendly people.
