Caution this company will damage your product and then will not pay the claim. We received massive shipping damage to our product and YRC did not even take the time to inspect the damage. Our company had to replace the damage product at our own cost. Not a good company, stay away.
Was told 5 different times my deliver was set for tomorrow and all 5 times it never came. Every company runs into delays but you need to be upfront and honest with your customers. This company is a joke.
YRC stole our freight from a tradeshow for which we already had a freight company set up. They then proceeded to hold our freight hostage and demanded we had a check ready or they would not deliver otherwise, even though we NEVER agreed to have them ship our materials. After paying the driver we received our pallet with all the boxes mangled and broken. After months YRC now claims the check we gave them was never able to be delivered to their payment center and has asked us to write another check...
